Send Sales near you

A monthly email to your clients with the homes that sold near them, sent only when you press Send.

Once a month, Sales near you tells each of your clients about the homes that sold in their ZIP lately, and how prices moved in their area. It comes from you, and their replies come straight to you. Nothing goes until you press Send.

  1. Open Setup › Sales near you and type your postal address. Every email like this has to carry one; your office or a P.O. box is fine.
  2. Look at who gets it. A client gets it when they have an email address and a sale near them in the last 45 days. Tap a name to see their email exactly as it would go.
  3. Tap Send me a test. The first month can go only after you have seen it in your inbox.
  4. Press Send to your clients. Each month after that, Today tells you when the next one is ready.

The sales are the ones entered on your account. The area's trend comes from the FHFA House Price Index. A client's own estimated value is never in it. Each email has an unsubscribe link, and a client's card has a switch to leave them out.
