Follow-up plans

Drafts written on a schedule, sent only when you approve them.

A follow-up plan writes the next message for a client on a schedule: a text or an email, a few days apart. Each one waits in your Inbox as a draft. You edit it, Approve it or Skip it. Nothing is ever sent by itself.

An approved text joins Ready to send on Today; an approved email opens in your own mail. A plan stops when the client replies, when their deal moves, or when you stop it.

Start from Setup › Follow-up plans: pick a plan, read its drafts for one real client, then turn it on.

Still stuck?

Answers come only from FOLLOWap’s guides. A question they don’t cover is kept, without anything that identifies you, so the right guide gets written.
