Your lead address
dana-rt9j@leads.followap.co
In your website's form settings (Squarespace, Wix or WordPress): add it as an extra notification email, beside your own.
Or copy this note for whoever runs your site:
Please add dana-rt9j@leads.followap.co as a notification email on the contact form (keep my own address on it too). It sends new leads to my CRM, FOLLOWap. Thank you.

Nothing more to do here.
Or forward from your email
Forward any lead email to your lead address. From demo@followap.co it is read at once; from another mailbox, your Inbox asks once whether it is yours. A Gmail filter that forwards only one sender's emails works too.
