Realtor.com
One screen: the address, where to paste it, and the tick when its first lead arrives.
Realtor.com
In Realtor.com Professional, Lead preferences, Send leads to: CRM: paste it as the CRM's email.
It ticks itself the minute one arrives. If none comes after your next Realtor.com lead, check the address you pasted.
FOLLOWap reads Realtor.com's lead emails from their published format. Until a real one arrives and is checked, its leads say "unconfirmed format". Anything it cannot read waits in To sort.
Back to Lead addressToday keeps a card for it until its first lead arrives. Not now leaves it off Today for a week.
Forward any lead email to your lead address. From demo@followap.co it is read at once; from another mailbox, your Inbox asks once whether it is yours. To do it every time, a Gmail filter on From: realtor.com that forwards to your lead address works too.
