Open Setup › Plan and billing, tap Cancel at the end of the period, then Yes, cancel. Nothing more is charged. Your plan keeps working to the end of the period you paid for, and the page says the day it ends.
Changed your mind before then? Keep my subscription on the same page undoes it.
Your clients stay yours: export them any time from Setup › Backup, before or after you cancel.
