Tap the green mic on your phone, or the Ask FOLLOWap box on the desk (⌘K), and say who the list is for and what they want.
- Say it the way you would to a colleague: "make a list for the Morenos in Encino, 1 to 2 bedrooms, under 2 million". Ask understands a place, a price range, bedrooms and bathrooms as a range ("one or two beds", "3+ baths") and a type (houses, condos, townhouses).
- Ask shows a card first: who it is for, what you asked for, and how many homes match. Nothing is made until you tap Create list. If you didn't say who, pick one of your clients, Someone new or Decide later.
- Create list makes a draft with those homes, branded with your presentation profile, and opens it. Take homes off, move them earlier or later, and add your notes, as with any list.
- Nothing is shared or sent until you tap Send in the list. "send the Morenos their list" opens that step for you; you still send it yourself.
To add one more home later, say "add 12 Oak Pl to the Morenos' list". Ask shows the card first, and the home goes on their draft.
Until the MLS feed is on, Ask finds homes already in FOLLOWap: your own off-market, pocket, coming-soon and active listings. Live listings arrive with the MLS feed.
