Once a month, the homes that sold near each of your clients, and how prices moved in their area, from you. It goes only when you press Send. A client with no sale near them this month gets nothing.
1. Your postal address
Every email like this must carry one. A P.O. box or your office is fine.
2. Who gets it
31 clients have a sale near them in the last 45 days. Tap one to see their email.
Not this month: 47 with no sale near them, 6 with no email address. A client's card has their own switch.
The sales are the ones entered on your account, by you or your team. The trend is the FHFA House Price Index® for their area. Never their own home's estimate: that stays yours.
3. Send yourself a test
One copy to you, marked Test. The first month can go only after it.
